I consider it a joy and privilege to give back to the field that I love so much.
After almost twenty years in the mental health field, and teaching in post-secondary education; the next step was logical.
I recognize the duality of simultaneously being a human and a therapist. It can be messy and complicated; we can be our own worst enemies.

I conduct supervision like I do therapy; I will challenge and cheerlead you.

I have completed 70 hours of clinical supervision training and offer external supervision and consultation. I also fulfill the qualifications of "Clinical Supervisor" for the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

With most things, I want to make sure we are a good fit - that my theory of supervision and practice meets your needs and that our personalities are complimentary - if not cohesive.
My supervisory structure is formal to allow for a comfortable and relaxed therapeutic relationship.
Our supervision time will be spent helping you navigate systems and theories, supporting you with burnout or compassion fatigue, boundary setting and any safe and effective use of self.
It is your time to use how you need.
